EPWS encourages networks of women scientists and
networks promoting women scientists from all disciplines and all over
Europe to join the Association as a member.
For that purpose, you will find on this page all forms and information needed to start the membership application process.
If you desire to become a member of EPWS, and wish to make your voice
heard in the Association, we kindly ask you to fill in and sign the Membership Application Form and the Declaration(s). Please read the
detailed description of the additional documents necessary.
In your application, please indicate the category of membership you
wish to be considered for. Please specify in your cover letter if you
plan to apply for full membership but:
▪ are not yet able to fulfil the necessary
requirements and hand in the documents requested for full membership
applications as of now, but
▪ will be in a position to do so three years from your date of application.
In this case, we will consider your application for full membership as conditional.

membership application forms and documents sent to us by post at the
