The Statutes were approved by the Founding Board on the 31st of March 2005. They were then published in the Moniteur belge (Belgian Official Journal) in November 2005.  

The English version of the Statutes can be downloaded now. Legally binding is the French version available at the EPWS Secretariat in Brussels.
